You can make sure you get the cabin(s) of your choice and desired time of stay by calling us at 828-885-2226 or emailing us at vacation@rushingwatercabins.com. A 50% rental deposit reserves your stay and the balance will be processed on the day of arrival. We gladly accept Visa, MC, Amex and Electronic Check. Once we have your information, we will email or mail a copy of the agreement form to you. At that time, you will have the opportunity to review the information and will receive the Key Lock Box Code for your cabin.

Refunds

• If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation 28 days or more in advance of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 change-of-mind fee.
• If you cancel your stay more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
• If you cancel your stay less the 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.
• Being late or leaving early do not earn discounts.

Check in/Check out:

• To ensure our cleaning crew has had enough time to get your cabin in tip-top condition, please check in any time after 3:00 pm. You will need your Lock Box Code to retrieve the front door key from the outside of your cabin.
• Although we will be sorry to see you leave, we must ask that you check out by 11:00 am.
• We will do our best to accommodate early check ins and late check outs as our schedule permits and with prior permission.

Phone Service:

Each cabin has a phone with local service. We recommend the use of a calling card for calls out of the area. Cell phones do not generally work on the property.

We greatly appreciate the following few considerations prior to check-out.

• Please leave all used linens and towels on top of the washing machine
• Please bag and deposit all garbage in the outside garbage cans
• Please take all food and perishables (leftovers, snacks, etc.) with you and leave the refrigerator and cabinets neat and clean
• Please wash and put away all pots, pans, dishes and silverware
• Please get home safely. Your family and friends are anxiously waiting to see your photos and hear about your vacation adventures. And, we would like to see you safe and sound again next year.
