There is a $25.00 per night fee. In addition we will require a $100.00 refundable pet accident deposit per pet. The additional $100.00 pet accident deposit is for damages, clean up, repairs or fumigation for fleas that may be needed after your say. If these don’t arise, your $100.00 pet accident deposit will be refunded in full.

To ensure that you and our other guests have a wonderful vacation, please follow these pet guidelines:

• Do not leave your pet unattended in the cabin, if neccessary bring a crate for its alone time.
• Keep your pet on a leash at all times when walking
• Bring bedding, crates or essentials for your pets comfort and safety
• The furniture is intended for our guests, not the pet
  (bring sheets or blankets if necessary )
• Pets must NOT be bathed in the showers or tubs
• Bring old bath towels to wipe your pet's paws after walking outside in the dirt.

Most of the Brevard area including the state and national forests and parks are dog friendly. To allow your dog the pleasure of vacationing with you, please keep them on a leash and have them “go potty” in remote areas. Also, please be considerate of those who might be afraid of your dog or are not attracted to pets.

If your pet demands attention by barking or being a nuisance to other guests, it and its master will be asked to leave and all deposit and rental fees will remain with us.

Please clean up after your pet if their droppings are in the walkways, recreational areas, or driveways. If your pet has an unforeseen accident in the cabin, please clean it up immediately. Additionally, let us know so we can take additional steps, if necessary, before other guests arrive.
